Type 2 Silencer.

Good Quality German exhaust silencer where the 2 halves are seam welded, instead of spot welded on cheaper versions. Often the the tailpipes are difficult to remove from a worn silencer and is best to change the tailpipe and gaskets at the same time as replacing the silencer.
